Return Policy:

  • Your order may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items being returned should be in new and unworn condition.

  • No refunds on shipping costs. (Unless there was a mistake on our part.) 

  • If items in your order are defective, wrong size due to an oversight on our part, the wrong item, or contains an error (incorrect embroidery) we'll send your another for free. Please send a detailed email with picture of the mistake.)

  • No returns or exchanges on embroidered items (unless an error was made on our part)

  • The quality, construction and hardware of our products are guaranteed. If there is any defect in the hardware or constuction, your item will be replaced for free. Wear and tear is not valid for returns or exchanges. If your item is defected, please send detailed email and a picture specifing the problem.

  • To better ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied, we ask that you measure you pets neck correctly. We display collar measurements on the product pages. This will cut down on possible returns or exchanges. 

Non Refundable Items:
